Terms & Conditions

At checkout, you'll agree to terms that cover the following:
 

•   Processing Time**: Orders may take up to 2 weeks to process and ship from the date of purchase.
   

•   Shipping Variability**: Times may vary for pre-orders and Canadian shipments due to logistics
   

•   Cancellations**: If you choose to cancel your order during the processing period, any refund will be issued as store credit.

Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)

We strive to ensure safe arrival of live orders. However, due to the delicate nature of these shipments, our LAG policy includes the following:

 

•   Carrier Hub Pickup Requirement**: Orders must be picked up at a designated carrier hub to qualify for reshipment. Home deliveries void the guarantee. If eligible, reshipments cover replacement spiders, while customers cover shipping costs.
   

• Timely Reporting of Issues**: Report any issues within 2 hours of receiving the order on our LAG submission page. We encourage submitting an unboxing video to help us address the issue.
   

• Managing Carrier Holds**: If you place a hold with the carrier, please pick up your package within 2 hours of arrival to remain eligible for the LAG.

Weather-Related Shipping Delays

For the safety of live items, we may delay shipments during extreme weather, even with heat packs and insulation.

 

•  We avoid shipping when temperatures are below 36°F or above 88°F, as well as during severe weather
  .

•  As we are based in Elgin, IL, local Midwest weather can impact our shipping timelines. We don’t offer refunds for weather delays, and all sales are final unless otherwise agreed.
